Hi, I’m Penny

I can’t wait to meet you.

A Little Bit About Me

My story, like many others, hasn't followed a straight line. It’s been winding—shaped by unexpected detours, deep valleys, quiet growth, and God’s grace. Along the way, I’ve learned that every turn, even the painful ones, can carry purpose.

The learning never ends.

Even after decades of leading change, I hold this truth close: change is hard. It stirs up fear, resistance, and uncertainty. It also makes room for the most powerful breakthroughs—when we’re supported, seen, and reminded we’re not alone.

That’s where I come in.

A Calling, Not Just a Career

Raised in a small town in Upstate New York, I always knew I wanted to make a difference—though the “how” took time to unfold. With a degree in Psychology and a heart for helping others, I began what would become a 30-year career in global corporate organizations.

I’ve supported teams across technology, engineering, marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance. My work has spanned everything from process improvement and employee development to supporting large-scale organizational change—including digital transformations, acquisitions and restructuring.

Helping people and organizations through change, is my calling.

Rooted in Core Values

My work—and my life—are grounded in a set of values that guide my decisions.

Faith. Honesty. Empathy. Health. Quality.

Grace.

Life Beyond Work

I’m grateful for my faith in God, loyal husband of more than 25 years, two incredible young adult children, and my sweet and spunky Bichon-Shih Tzu, Cece Francis. An amazing life-team made up of family, friends, mentors, pastors and counselors has enriched my life and provided the encouragement to continue to grow. For these relationships, I am forever thankful.

I’m passionate about wellness and participate in a fantastic fitness immersion program. It’s not about perfection—it’s about showing up, challenging myself, and growing in a supportive community.

Music has always been a vital part of my life—from childhood piano lessons to touring Europe with the Rochester Philharmonic Youth Orchestra. Currently, I sing on the worship team at my local church, an expression of faith and service that brings me deep joy. I’m a big fan of Big Daddy Weave!

A lifelong learner, I usually have four or five nonfiction books going at once—diving into leadership, neuroscience, coaching, and spiritual development. I’m curious, reflective, and always seeking the deeper “why.” Knowing I won’t always find the answer.

A Bigger Vision

One of my deepest dreams is to open a therapeutic horse farm—a refuge where people can find healing, connection, and renewed faith through equine-assisted therapy, nature, and community.

Through Truth Coaching & Consulting, I’m committed to giving back.

15% of all proceeds will support individuals, nonprofits, and service providers in Upstate NY—expanding access to high-quality mental, physical, and spiritual health resources.

Let’s Harness Change

Life is beautiful, but it’s not always easy. We wrestle with transitions, self-doubt, difficult relationships, and seasons that test us. We don’t have to walk it alone.

With truth, support, and faith, transformation is possible.

If you're ready to take the next step—to lead with intention, grow with courage, and live with greater clarity and connection—I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

Together, let’s create something even more extraordinary.
